Keeping up with KPI’s at ABP

My third and final article with the Farmer’s Journal concerning my Summer work placement with ABP Poland.

I focused on the accurate and efficient assignment of KPI’s to the many energy depleting processes that are involved in the meat processing cycle. It was enlightening to see how ABP apply these limits and targets to their Europe-wide locations to suit each site depending on their relative levels of output.
